Corporate Membership Packages
OPTION 1 - Limited employee participation (<50 employees), employee or employer funded.
At World Health Club we offer Corporate Rate discounts to companies, large or small, when a minimum of 5 employees from the same company join the club within the first 30 days of the first enrolled member. All new corporate members will SAVE $199 on the regular initiation fee at all times and up to $10/month savings on the monthly dues (certain conditions apply). Once the group rate has been established, these preferred rates are available to all employees with valid proof of employment. Employees establish the accounts in their own name, pay the dues directly, and submit receipts to their employer for whole or partial reimbursement, where offered. Please note that not all employers provide a subsidy for fitness memberships. Please check with your HR department prior to visiting the club.

OPTION 2 - Large company employee participation (>50 employees), employer funded.
In addition to Option 1, we have introduced an option to accommodate the needs of the large size companies with more than 50 employees. In an effort to streamline the membership and subsidy submission process for the HR department, we are able to offer up to a 70% DISCOUNT on the regular ANNUAL FEES and Initiation fee discount up to $199 with a minimum employee base of 50 employees. The memberships are paid for directly by the company and ALL EMPLOYEES receive a regular membership tag.
For example, a company with 100 employees wishes to offer an enhanced benefits package to all of its staff which includes a 1 year prepaid membership with World Health Club. All employees may visit the club or contact their Account Manager to complete the membership forms. The company then submits the membership fees directly to WHC at the rate of 30% of the regular fees outlined in the proposal under the Proposals section.
Thus, the company would receive 100 memberships for its staff but only pays for 30 memberships. Annually we reconfirm the number of current employees with the payroll department and ensure that each employee has a membership tag. The only requirement for the company is to maintain the 30% paid membership level based on the total number of employees. This represents a substantial savings to the company and to its employees while encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle.

It is in Excel 2003 format and should be readable by most spreadsheet software. You will need to contact your Account Manager to obtain the rate sheet for the annual dues figure. There are provisions to enter other data you may require such as average sick days per year per employee, average wage per employee, current membership subsidy level, and current number memberships subsidized. These combined figures, when entered into the program, will assist you in the decision-making process choosing between Option 1 or Option 2.
